The bar chart shows which factor could lead to succeed according to the survey of a group of young professionals who aged 20 – 30. Overall, These factors can be divided into two groups, namely those which are above 40% and those which are under 40%.
The first group, which was the largest of the two, was comprised of eight factors. Personal satisfaction and ambilion were the highest percentage, both with 80% of participants. The second most significant factor was family pressure, comprising around 70% , followed by pressure from society, accounting for 50%. Lower by approximately 5 %, rivalry and desire for material things had the same rate of choice, money and peer pressure came out last in this group with 45% selection for each.
Turning to the other groups, the top rank of rate was feeling inadequate, consisting of approximately 35 % of young professionals. Near to the end of the group ‘s list, envy/jealousy stood at 30 % participants. The lowest rate was recorded from the survey for fear of failure with around 25 % selection.
In summarizing the survey, almost young professionals agreed that the potential motivating factors which are above 40% such as Personal satisfaction, ambilion, family pressure, pressure from society, rivalry, desire fore material things, pear pressure and money. Mean while, the factors which are under 40% like feeling inadequate, envy/jealousy and fear of failure had a lower rate to lead them to succeed.
