The data shows factors making young professionals 20 – 30 years old to succeed based on result of survey. The factors can divided into two groups, internal and external factors with 11 factors in total.
Overall, the internal factors dominate to motivate people to achieve their dream, while fear of failure become the lowest motivation.
In detail, internal factors become strong indicators to determine people to get succeed. A full 80% of young professionals are motivating by personal satisfaction and their ambition. In third place, individual desire to have material things and rivalry chose by half of young professional as their motivation. Also, desire to get money choosing almost of half young people. Then, young people polls feeling bad as less motivation (feeling inadequate at roughly 35%, envy 30%, and fear of failure at about 27%).
Meanwhile, external factors has different percentage to push people. Family pressure is top factors for young people to motivate them (70%), followed by pressure from society in second order (60%). A full 45% of young professional choosing peer pressure as other factor to succeed.
