As is shown by the chart, meat and coffee consumption are not interrelated and can vary considerably. However, countries with low numbers in each of the product consumption shown, generally don’t have much higher figure for another product.
A total of 122kg of meat and 4 kg of coffee is used annually by average American, which is the highest figure of eaten meat among 7 countries, but not impressive in terms of coffee drinking. By contrast, Norway comprises the highest number for coffee, amounting to 9kg per person. But in Germany, Germans consume both coffee and meat a lot, 7 kg and 87kg, respectively.
China and Japan both were less likely to consume coffee and meat, and comprise similar numbers, around 45kg of meat and 2-3kg of coffee. Furthermore Russia also constitute 45 kg of meat, but its coffee consumption equaled to the France ones, at 5kg.
