The bar chart outlines the amounts of tourists visited Australia from three different nations which are UK, US and Japan in 1995 and 2005, While the line chart illustrates the kinds of these trips in the same years.
Overall, it can be seen that Japan is the dominant in the number of visitors to Austrailia in 1995, however this changed in 2005, as it significantly declined. conversely, Austraila was mostly visited by the UK and US citizens in 2005, but in 1995 they were down. Talking about the forms of trips, although backpacking voyages was the most popular by the foreigners than the other type which is resting at the resorts, it dropped after 2000 to be the same as chilling at resorts.
looking at the details, it was clear in 2005, the number of the tourists from UK and US were the same, nearly 1,500,000. in 1995 it varies as the amounts fell to 800,000 and 500,000 respectivily. on the other hand Japan was 1,500,00 in 1995, although it dramatically decreased to 1 million visitors in 2005.
Returning to the types of travels, it’s clear that backpacking surplused the staying at resorts type during the time span between 1995 and before 2005, in 1995 staying at resorts done by 250,000 visitors, while backpacking was about 1,700,000, in 2000 it was roughly 750,000 and 2,450,000 respectivily, however both types neutralized in 2005 with 1,200,000.
