The second position belonged to Chemical & Mineral products at a less impressive income at 9.5 billion of dollars, in comparison with Wholesalr & Retail at 8.2 billion of dollars. Both manufacture sections shared the similar data at 5.8 for the food & drink and 5.9 for others, respectively. As for the remaining sectors, including unspecific services, metals, mechanical & transport equipment, agriculture, forestry, fishing & mining, and electrical & instrument engineering, more modest profits can be saw at under 3 billion of dollars.
Turning to the exports to the rest of the UK (UK), Chemicals & Mineral Products dominated the exporting rate of Scotland to the UK at 5 billion of dollars, which was closely followed by manufacture of food & drink electrical & instrument engineering at 4.4 and 4 billion of dollars, respectively.
