The data highlights the trends of approving flats for building in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth between 5 years period from 2012 to 2016. All cities tend to improve indicators, but leader of amount for all years was Sydney, when Perth had minimum construction .
Sidney had tendency in increasing each year, and in last showing year had reached totally more than 30000 apartments. Melbourne wasn’t in the same position in height, but, in the start of research had similar number between 15000 and 20000.
