Overall, it is evident that in all age groups females exercised more than males. The exception is the youngest section.
To begin with, 15 to 24 category shows that men overran women in terms of physical activity by approximately 5%. Then, this number was falling. From 52.8 it decreased to 39.5 reaching the lowest percentage in 35-44 category. Nevertheless, males who are 45-54 participated in activities, accounting for 43.1%. The percentage of men from the age group of 55 to 64 and 65 to over with exercises is near the same, near 45%.
While the percentage of males doing exercises was decreasing until age 35-44, it was gradually increasing in females groups. It reached the peak of 53.3% in 45-54 section. Next, this number experienced a slight decline by 6% in the last age group.
