At first glance, it is inherently clear that the majority of age groups had female as the dominant category. Other than that, the general trend in physical activity in females gradually rose the older people get, whilst males’ was the exact opposite.
Delving into the specifics, we can see that throughout the age spectrum, the percentage of men who work out regularly initially started from its peak at 52.8% then dropped a significant amount of 10%, finally hitting its lowest point at 39.5%. Subsequently, it made a comeback, rising steadily until 46.7%.
Jumping over the fence to the women’s category, which started out at 47.7% then increased gradually to its apex at 53.3%. After that, a miniscule dip of point 3% was seen before its halt at 47.1%, rivaling their gender counterpart’s end point by 0.4% higher.
