In the year 2000, Italia’s expenditure on road and transport reached its peak at around 23%, while Portugal’s spending on this same subject decreased to around 22%. Meanwhile, the amount of money spent on road and transport by the government in the USA and the UK had an increase of around 2% in 2000.
