Overall, the female gender has the highest population of physical fitness compared with males, between the ages of 24 to 64 and above. Nevertheless, the boys concentrate on their physical health in the yearly ages of 14 to 23.
On the one hand, the male population declined from 51 to 38 at the age of 43, and gradually increased to 47 per cent at the age of 64. On the other hand, females engaged in a physical lifestyle in step up each year to 54% at the age of 53, and finally, both gender has a balanced physical work when they become old age.
Last but not least, during the teenage, half of the boys were being fit and being adult females had good physical lifestyles, but when they both age grew old had equally participated physical activity.
