Overall, the highest ingredient consumption is pulses, which are consumed by the oldest over 50 years old, compared to adults in the age range of 25 to 49 years old have the least consumption of pulses. However, the vegetable is unlikely eaten by all age groups.
As it can be seen, children until young adults mostly eat dairy around 43%, compared to the other age groups, who consume not more than one quarter. However, the 25 to 49 years old adults, massively consumed meat exactly at a half, whereas the other groups intaken the same quantities around 20%.
The ingredient that has a huge gap between the 3 age groups is pulses. A large proportion is eaten by the oldest age group, in contrast, roughly 15% of pulses are taken by the youngest age group, and the lowest percentage of pulses are consumed by the second group. In contrary, vegetables are the least popular among the 3 age groups, which consumed no more than 20%.
