The bar chart gives information about 3 types of businesses in the UK which had media coverage between 2012 and 2016.
On the whole, the bar chart reveals that all bussineses demonstrated an upward trend over the given years with only exception of 2015.As can be clearly seen from the graph, large businesses were more involved in social media compared to the other ones.
In 2012 large bussineses had a social media presence at around 78%, in 2013 and 2014 the proportion of media presence for large bussiness stayed almost unchanged, before decreasing from below 80% to just around 50% in 2015. However, by 2016 it reached a peak at almost 80%.
Regarding medium bussineses, medium increased from 30% in 2012 to nearly 50% in 2014, but in 2015 it fell back to the starting level of 30%,In the final year their presence grew above 50%. A similar trend was in a small business the percentage rose slighlty from 28% to above 30% between 2012 and 2014, declined in 2015, and then climbed back to reach 50% in 2016.
