The maps ditail the changes made to Riverside Park over a 15-year period from 2010 to 2025. As can be seen, there were noticeable changes in the center of the park, and more facilities were established. In addition, a transportation road was introduced, which did not exist in the past.
To start with, as illustrated in the center of the park, swings were built in the north between the toilets. Also, a small café was added near the railway track, which is located in the middle of the park. Moreover, over this period, the number of parking areas increased, and a large parking lot was located next to the cycle path. However, in the north, the river became smaller and a cycling path was developed.
Moving to the south, in the western corner, the vegetation area remained unchanged. In contrast, a hotel was built in the southeast corner.
To conclude, as shown in the maps, in 2010, there was a larger area for the river than in 2025. Furthermore, there were more open park areas but fewer facilities. However, in 2025, new facilities such as a café and a hotel were added, which changed the overall structure of the park.
