Regarding countries A and D, a greater percentage of young people in the latter country pursued higher education than that in the former, with respective figures of 45% and 35% in 2000. After 10 years, both countries saw increases in post-secondary participation rates to around 60%.
In terms of remaining countries, the rate of tertiary education enrollment in country B saw trivial change over the period, which began at 40% and slightly declined to around 38% in 2005 before rising to the same initial figure in 2010. Similarly, young people pursuing higher education in country C in 2000 was nearly 42%. Five years later, it substantially increased to around 48% by 2005, then remained unchanged in the last year.
