As it can be seen, men made up the majority of academic personnel in most faculties, while women were more represented in arts and history. The gender difference was highly remarkable in the engineering sphere by male community.
In the faculty of engineering, male group dominated by accounting for approximately 90% of the members, while females took only 10%.This is the lowest percentage of female staff among all departments.
