The chart illustrates the data about the period of time taken for the vehicle production by US based car producers between 1998 and 2002.

Overall, the most time was used to make a Nissan car while the time taken to generate a Ford car was the least at the start of the time period.All of the time used for each types of vehicle production declined sharply at the end.

Regarding to Nissan, they built up the vehicle within 36 and 38 hours in 1998 and time for production dramatically dropped to 30 hours in 1999, nearly 24 hours in 2000,accounted for almost 22 hours at the end. In comparison, DC car can be generated in 34 hours in 1998 and production’s time fluctuated between 30 and 32 hours till 2001, decreased to approximately 28 hours in 2002.

For General Motors, the time took for vehicle production went down for two hours throughout the time period,experienced for 32,30,28,26 and 24 hours in 1998,1999,2000,2001 and 2002 respectively.

In contrast, Ford car production time was the only one that rose gradually, noted with 25 hours at the beginning and reached a peak of almost 28 hours in 2001 and falled to 26 hours in 2002.
