Overal, it is clear that dinner had the highest level of sodium and satured fat, whereas snacks had the highest level of added sugar. However, breakfast is the healthiest consuming time.
Sodium had been consumed significantly 43% by dinner,however only 29% by lunch, in addition, 14% by breakfast and 14% by snacks. Satured fat had been eaten mostly 37% by diner, moreover 26% by lunch, additionaly 21% by snacks and 16% by breakfast.
Added sugar had the highest percentage in breakfast 42%, while in dinner only 23%, however, the lowest level in breakfast 16%, moreover 19% in lunch.
