Overall, while the amount of expenses borne by the UK had variations on each product, expenditure by France was relatively low.
Throughout the year, a huge amount of 450,000 pounds was paid by the UK on cars, the category where the highest purchase was made, compared to other products from both France and the UK. Similarly, British expenditure on books was higher than that of French, which was around 400,000 and 300,000 respectively. The most substantial difference was the expense on camera by both the countries. While only 150,000 pounds was spent by the French people, the British spent more than double, which is more than 350,000.
On the contrary, higher amount of money was paid by France on computers and perfumes, which were 370,000 and 200,000 respectively. Compared to the other products, expenditure on perfumes by both France and the UK was significantly low.
