The horizontal chart presents the proportion of internet users in different Middle Eastern countries in the month of June 2017.
Overall, Iran ranked first with significantly higher internet users with approximately 56.7 million whilst Lebanon with the least users in the whole month with 4.6 million.
Iran considerably dominated the internet world with more than 50 million internet users. Following Iran, Saudi Arabia recorded the second highest usage of the Internet with around 24.15 million users. Iraq is also one of the countries that had internet users of more than 10 million at around 14 million users.
Other countries- United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Israel, Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon recorded internet users of less than 10 million subscribers. Yemen, Israel, Syria, and Jordan more or less have similar amounts of internet users around 6 million with a discrepancy of 0.3 million. Lebanon is the only country in the whole of the Middle East that has less than 5 million internet users.
