Overall, it can be seen that employment in sales experienced an upward trend throughout of period, while farming remained the lowest position.
In 2001, the number of citizens employed in sales accounted for nearly 158.000, by 2008 this figure increased marginally to around 162.000. Likewise, employment in computing stood at 60.000 in 2001, afterwards this trend increased sharply to approximately 80.000 in 2008.
According to the other types of work, in 2001, the total number of people employed in accounting reached to around 70.000. By 2008, this figure decreased slightly to just below 60.000. Moreover, employment in farming stood at around 30.000 in 2001, afterwards this trend fell dramatically to just below 20.000.
