The bar chart compares the number of employees in five job categories in a specific region of Australia in two different years 2001 and 2008. In general, the figure for accounting and farming witnessed a dramatic downward in the latter year, whereas the reverse was true for others. The statistics of sales, moreover, emerged as the dominant in both years, with farming employing the least.
In detail, there were about 150,000 workers who were employed in sales in 2001, with a steep uptick the figure accounted for nearly 170,000 employees seven years apart in 2008. Notably, computing and nursing both had almost the same amount of human resources(around 60,000 staffs) in 2008. However, the former kept its upward trends reaching its peak at 80,000, while the latter witnessed stability with 63,000 members, respectively.
By contrast, accounting and farming, both experienced downward tendencies, meanwhile the former type of work was overtaken by computing and nursing in the second given year 2008. Clearly, accounting and farming had around 70,000 and 30,000 in 2001, whereas there were approximately 60,000 employed people in the first field(accounting) and it was 20,000 in the latter, accordingly.
