Of particular note is the price of brown bread, which was the most expensive type of bread by 2005.
In 2001, wholegrain stood out as dominant bread in terms of price, starting with 0.8 euros. Although it hit the highest point at 1.8 euros in 2002, this figure eventually became its its initial cost by 2005. In parallel to this, the cost of brown experienced growth, starting with 0.6 euros. After surpassing wholegrain, it reached its peak in 2003.
Despite the slight decline in 2004, it remained steady at 1.6 euros.
In contrast, Begining with 0.6 euros, the price of white bread grew steadily, reaching to 1.3 euros by 2005. Notably, even though the price of rye bread started with 0.6 euros 2001, the figure experienced the least changes over the period, ending up with 0.7 euros by 2007.
