The line graph gives information about the cost in euros of 800 grams of four different kinds of bread in a specific European country between 2001 and 2006.
Overall, it is evident that the figure for the mountains remained stable throughout the period, whereas the figure for the lakes showed some fluctuation. However, the cost figure increased dramatically at the end of the period.
At first glance, it is obvious that the most popular destination for tourists from 1987 to 2002 was the lakes. Furthermore, in 1997 the percentage of visitors to the lakes grew suddenly from exactly 40 to around 75 thousand before receding back to 50 thousand. In contrast, in 1987 the mountains’ visitors climbed from 20 thousand to nearly 30 thousand in 1992 and remained unchanged to the end of the period.
The number of coastal visitors saw a slight drop from 40 thousand in 1987 to around 35 thousand in 1992. Also, the figure for the coastal tourists reached a peak of around 75 thousand people in 2007.
