Illustrated in the chart are the types of communication training taken by staff in an overseas company and the reasons for their engagement.
Broadly, it can be seen that the maximum figure underwent in the sector of part-time training (evening), while distant learning had fewer participants. Furthermore, holiday travel is the most popular training topic.
Initially, more than half of workers participated in part-time training. Specifically, the figure for evening lessons secured the leading position of all sectors (39%), while for weekend training, it only accounted for 22% and corresponded to self-tuition. The remaining participants pursued other avenues to acquire the necessary skills, with about 12% in intensive courses and 5% in distance studying.
Looking at the second chart in more detail, the major reason for the participation in these training sessions was vacation travel which was nearly half of the people. 27% of individuals claimed that it was to enhance business travel (17%) as well as communication with clients (10%). 14% of the remaining just wanted to pursue their interest, while there was 13% of employees who took these classes for other reasons.
