Overall, most countries had a large number of tourists who used coaches, which was the most popular mode of transport. The number of tourists using coaches in Britain hit the highest point. In other countries, tourists used other modes of transport more, such as air or car. In all countries, the number of tourists using the ferry was the lowest.

Looking at the countries where coach travel was the most popular among tourists, Britain had the highest percentage of tourists using coach, hitting a peak at nearly 60%.
