Overall the customer feedback abaut the hotel improved,with most of the giving it positive reviews and negative reviews declined
All though in the year 2005 most of the people around 41% gave satisfactory feedback but only 14% people thought it be good and mere 5% gave excellent review but on the other hand negative reviews were prevalent with 21% feedback was poor and even worse was 15% giving it very poor feedback
But inprovements were made in 5 years with most of the people who gave mostly satisfactory views elevated its rank and its customer service was rated good at 39% and even better 28% gave it excellent reviews,while,17% showed satisfactory results meanwhile share of negative reviews fell with only 12% giving it poor reviews and mere 2% thought it to be very poor
