The bar chart provides data on the residents households in England and Wales which are owning and renting dwellings from 1918 to 2011. (in percantages)
İn all given years, it is observed that gradually decreasing, as well as, increasing occured. Considerable difference leading to the highest of households in rented, between rented and possessed accomidation was approximately close to half for first 3 years.
İn continuation of this ratio kept on until 1971 when the percantages of both were equal to the each other. From this point, more preferable choice was owning accomidation. Coming to the next years, the people who give priority to households in rented dwellings are described about two-thirds.
Regardless this same diffrrence of proportions, there was only rented living place which reached up to 80% in 1918. The inverse process repeated for owning accomidation in the same year, about a quarter.
