General population of Cambridge in the year 2008, preffered cars to go from point A to point B, hence popular among 42% of the people. Buses are at a close second, with 30% of netizens favouring it. Bicycles and walking, were the least popular at 17% and 11% respectively.

However 2018 was a year of change of preference in means of transport. Majority of people shifted to bicycles, with 30% of people admiring it, this stands at the most popular among all the means presented. Buses and walking stand equal at 25%, while cars drop down to 20%, rendering it least popular among communters.

2018 shows people’s choices have changed along the course of time. Cars, which were once quite famous among travellers, became the least favored. Giving bicycles a bloom which were once avoided.
