Overall, the residents of USA consume less nutrients in the breakfast than they eat for other times. In the dinner time they consume more calories in a day.
The consumed portion of three nutrients in dinner time almost equals to half of the total amount of calories consumed by individuals during the day(43% of sodium, 23% added sugar and 37% saturated fat ) . In addition, 29 percent of sodium,26 percent of saturated fat and 19 percent of added sugar are consumed by individuals for their lunch.
