The chart provide data on information of three types of nutrients in typical meals( dinner, breakfast, lunch and snacks).
It is clear that dinner contained the largest proportion of sodium nutrients ( 43%) and saturated fat nutrients (37 %) . Also snacks represented the majority of added sugar nutrients , which reached 42 per cent . The percentage of sodium and saturated fat remained in almost same amount in their composition .
It can be seen that sodium and saturated fat in snacks made up a small minority of total . Sodium stood at 14 per cent and saturated fat at 21 per cent in typical daily meals . By contrast , lunch contained almost the same amount of sodium and other types of nutrients , in compare of breakfast , which consist the smallest number of all nutriniets in composition .
Overall , while dinner accounted for the largest proportion of sodium and saturated fat , breakfast contained the lowest percentage of sugar.
