The two bar charts illustrate the information about the reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they gained from employers in terms of time off and fees.
Overall, it can be seen that having a good career is the main reason of studying for the students under 40. Moreover, it tends to the youngers will get more support from their employers.
The first graph shows that 8 of 10 people under 26 continue education for their career and only 10% of them do it from passion. The amount of students learning for career had a gradual decrease by age. Interestingly, the higher the age, the more eager they study for personal interest. There was 70% people who are at least 50 years old study for interest. Finally, people who are from 40 to 49 learn equally for two both factors.
The second bar chart reveals that the employers gave more support to their young employees. Over 60% employees who are under 26 recieved more time off and monetary support. This percentage of support reduced with the increase of age of learners. In comparison to the other age groups, the 30-39 age group got the lowest support from their companies, approximately 30%.
