The two bar charts compare the main reasons for study (either for career or personal interest) among students in five different age groups and illustrate the number of people receiving employer support in each age group.
Overall, students under 26 are mostly career-oriented, while those over 49 tend to study for personal interest. Additionally, younger groups receive more employer support than older groups.
For career-related study, the under-26 group has the largest number of people, with 80 individuals, which is higher than the 26-29 group (70) and the 30-39 group (approximately 58). The number is below 50 in the rest of the groups, with the over-49 group having the smallest number, at around 19. In contrast, the trend for personal interests is almost reversed. The group above 49 years old has the greatest number with 70 people, while the remaining groups have fewer than 40 people each.
Regarding employer support, the under-26 group has the highest number of recipients (around 65), followed by the 26-29 group (about 50). The remaining groups show a range from 45 to 35 people, with the 30-39 group receiving the least support, almost 35 people .
