From a global perspective, the two topics of people problematic in both companies are expensive tickets and limited space on plane. In contrast, both categories, lost or delayed luggage and others are not the biggest problems for passengers.
The biggest complains percentage in One World Air complain expensive tickets, with 35%, in second limited space on plane achieving 29% percent and completing the top 3, delated or canceled flights. In other hand, satisfaction is good related to poor consumer service (21%), low quality food (17%) and lost or delayed luggage (14%) and others (6%).
When comparing with Blue Sky Airways, the same problems are maintained with limited space on plane (36%) and expensive tickets (31%) and the different low quality food (24%). With fewer complaints we have delated or canceled flights (22%), others (9%), lost or delayed luggage (8%) and poor consumer service just with 3 percent.
