Overall, throughout the period of 5 years results of questionnaire have completely changed. In 2005 the most common answer was “Saticfactory”, while in the last questionnaire people mostly chosen “Good”.
In 2005 less than half of 100 people were saticfied with hotels service, but after five years the percentage dropped from 45% to 17%; making “Sarisfactory” third most common response. In 2010 the answer with the highest proportion was “Good”, which increased to 39% from 14% in five years. Moreover, in 2005 hotels visiters have rarely picked “Excellent” as their final choice, but over the period the percentage rose almost sixfold (from 5% to 28%).
