The diagrams illustrate the results of a poll that asked guests how they rated Parkway Hotel’s customer service. 100 guests gave their feedbacks in the years 2005 and 2010.
Looking from an overall perspective, answers “good” and “excellent” significantly surged after a five-year period, whereas other options had a dramatic decline. Moreover, “poor” part approximately halved. In contrast, option “good” almost tripled after 5 years.
Initially, rates as “excellent” and “good” were the least dominant figures in the chart in 2005, having 5 and 14 percents, respectively. Then, they had massive growth over the years and became the predominant figures in 2010, reaching 28 and 39 percents at the end.
Although other alternatives such as “satisfactory”, “poor” and “very poor” were the top 3 options in 2005 (with percentages: 45, 21 and 14 ,respectively), they eventually lost their spotes at the podium and fell in numbers (stopping at 17,12 and 4 percents).
