The two pie charts shows the results of surveys done in 2005 and 2009 about how workers felt about their relationship with supervisors and co-workers.
Overall, most people were quite happy in both years, but there were some small changes. In general, employees seemed to have a bit better connection with their colleagues than with their bosses.
In 2005, most workers said they had good or very good relationship with co-workers, while a little less people felt the same about supervisors. In 2009, the percent of people who got along well with colleagues went up a bit, but satisfaction with bosses went down slightly. Also, the amount of workers who said they had bad relationships became a bit higher in both surveys.
To sum up, even if opinions about supervisors got a bit worse, the majority of employees still had positive and friendly atmosphere at work.
