The pie chart gives us information about the relationships between co-workers and with their supervisors in 2005 and 2009.
Regarding relationships with supervisors, the figure for very good increased 61% to 65% from 2005 to 2009, while those with good relationships decreased slightly by 3%. Fewer people said their relationships were fair (between 8% and 6% in 2005 and 2009). Meanwhile, the number of those who did not have relationships grew slightly from 1% to 5%, and 2% of them said there were poor or had no answer.
Most of the employees said their relationships with co-workers were very good, about 63% and 70% in both years. The number of employees with good and fair relationships fell from 28% to 25%, and 7% to 3% in 2005 and 2009 respectively. Only 1% said that it was poor in 2005 but none in 2009, and few of them did not have co-workers.
Overall, most of the employees had very good and good relationships with the supervisors and their peers.
