The pie chartS illustrates the results of surveyS between 2005 and 2009 about workers’ relationships with their supervisors and co-workers in six different categories namely: do not have a supervisor, no answer, poor, fair, good and very good.
Overall, it can be seen that the percentages of relationships with supervisors and co-workers at work the majority of workers had good and very good RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR SUPERVISORS AND CO- WORKERS over the four-year period. In addition, the figures for those relationships do not have a supervisor with the least workers, except in 2009 of the workers’ relationships with their supervisor.
In term of the workers’ relationship with their supervisor was 61% in 2005 and increased to 65% in 2009. In both years, those in the good relationships showed similar growth at 26% and 22% respectively. In contrast, the figures for the poor relationships were the lowest, at around 2% in both years, which was over ten times lower than the good relationships.
A similar trend was reported for co-workers. The proportion of very good relationships increased from 63% to 70% from 2005 to 2009 . Meanwhile, the percentage of good relationships decreased slightly from 28%to 25% over the four-year period. The figures for those who had no co-worker ,poor and fair, was just under 7% in both years.
