The pie chart depict the important qualifications to qualities employees where as the bar chart illustrates the skills that employers think are essential for a person to find a job.
From an overview perspective, education was the category that most of the job applicants thought to be the most important qualification, while reference seemed to be the least mentioned field by the job applicants. However, for the employers, organising skill was the most vital and considered innovation to be the least important.
Looking first at the pie chart, education was the most preferable qualification according to the job applicants (39%). Both work experience and technical skills were very close to a quarter, with work experience stayed at 1% higher than a quarter (26%) and technical ability remain at 1% lower than that (24%). For the two remaining skills, passion and enthusiasm and references are the least important qualifications to job applicants.
As for the recruiters, the bar chart showed that they are in favour workers who had organising skill, with 100000 mentions in adverts, in contrast with the most important quality that job applicants brought up. While job applicants thought that work experience was the second important, employers didn’t seem to prefer it, as track record was one of the least mentioned category. Finally, though job applicants assumed references to be the least substantial, innovative qualifications were the least mentioned skill in job adverts.
