The pie charts demonstrate the average number of saled vehicles in Australia divided into 3 different car companies: Sedans, SUVs and others. The researchers were conducted 3 times with 10 years gapes, starting in 1994 and leading the final survey in 2014.
Overall, it can be obviously seen that Sedans were chosen by Australian drivers far more frequently comparing them with other models and represented a dominant position in each year. Simultaneously, SUVs have felt a moderate increase through the time, conversely, others remained the same.
To start, the vast majority of people have acquired the Sedans and a highest proportion was shown in 1994 with 31,700 cars among 42,900 machines for this year. In the following decades, the number of purchased Sedans have only been growing, although the percentage have slightly decreased (62 per cent and 51 per cent respectively).
Moving to the remaining features, SUVs accounted for one-tenth initially, yet this figure reached approximately one-fifth and in 2014 were recorded with 28 per cent. Noticeably, others types of car remained plateu and their amount of clients hasnot grown or dimimished, despite the significant changes in total saled automobiles
