The bar chart gives an overview of air pollution levels by different reasons between four big industrial cities: China, America, Japan and Australia in 2011.
Overall, we can see that there are three different reasons. The most influential reason is industry, followed by transport, one of the noticeable and sustainable reasons for pollution. Least pollution level shows electricity generation.
To begin with, the industry shows the most influential reasons for air pollution. Everywhere from China to Australia air underwent a huge number of pollution from industries. Most of all, industry influence in two Asian countries is in China where levels of pollution reach 80 percentages and Japan with 42 percent. In contrast to China, two English speaking countries, America and Australia, significantly lower than in the other their indicators of air pollution reach the former is 30 percent the latter is 20 percent.
The second most significant cause of pollution is transport. It is the most significant reason for air pollution in America, at almost 30 percent it surpasses two other reasons: industry and electricity generation and shows 60 percent. In China and Japan transport is the second most influential reason for air pollution, in China it comprises 70 percent opposite of this in Japan it composes 30 percent. Australia is the least affected country with only 20 percent of air pollution in terms of transport.
The last and equally significant reason is electricity generation. The largest effect it shows in Australia and America, it is most impact in Australia 20 percent of air pollution and the second reason in America 30 percent. In China and Japan it shows the lowest indicators 15 percent in Japan and 60 percent in China.
