The diagram shows that the percentage of satisfied customers rose from 65% in 1999 to 72% in 2000 and increased to 72% in 2007. On the other hand, the figure for dissatisfied customers decreased from 32% in 1999 to 24% in 2007.

In 2000 the courtesy of flight attendants was rated the highest (90%) and then is flight schedules (79%) and check-in/gate staff (87%). The lowest satisfaction was the price of airfares (45%) and comfortable seating, but no figure for comfortable seating.
By 2007, satisfaction with all aspects had increased. Satisfaction with the price of airfares (65%) and comfortable seating (47%) increased considerably. Satisfaction with the courtesy of flight attendants (92%) and check-in/gate staff (88%) also showed a slight improvement.
