The bar chart and table given demonstrate the customer satisfaction rate in the US airlines and how satisfied in different aspects during the period 1999 to 2007. Overall, the majority of passengers felt satisfied with the airline service especially with the staffs’ politeness.
The diagram shows that the percentage of satisfied costumers gradually increased from 65% in 1999 and peaked at 72% in 2007. Meanwhile, the dissatisfaction percentage decreased from 32% to 24%, and got the lowest point in the end of the period.
The table gives more detail about specific aspects which is how customer rated the flying experience. It is clear that the courtesy of flight attendants always got the highest satisfaction rate throughout the period. However, the largest growth was in price of tickets from 45% to 65%, by 20%. Customers did no feel much difference about the courtesy of check-in gate agents and schedule. Those satisfied level almost remained the same. The percentage of comfort of the seat has just recorded from 2007.
