The chart and table provide data of customer’s enjoyment and its supported factors from the commercial airline service in the United States in percentage from 1999, 2000, and 2007. Overall, the percentage of satisfied customers indicating an upward trend while the dissatisfied projecting contrast trend. Individual contentment factors from cabin crew services, price, and schedule are increases however it was opposite with the check-in staff service and data regarding comfortable seats was only available for 2007.
According to the chart, the percentage of people’s contentment was increased. In 1999 to 2000, it went up to 69% from 65% which is 4% growth. Then it increased 3% in 2007 and rose to 72%. On the other hand, the number of people displeasure with the service declined from 32% in 1999 to 29% in 2000. In the following years, it reduced to 24%.
In terms of the reason, the number of people who were satisfied with crew service was increased for crew service, price tickets and schedule but slightly up and down in terms of check-in service.
