The diagram illustrates how the plastic bottles are recycled. In brief, it consist of three stages, starting with collecting and transporting these bottles, followed by crushing and and washing them up, ending with final raw materials that are ready to produce end products for use. The process is cyclical which involves both machinery and manual steps.
The process commences when bottles are collect from carbage cans by hand. These bottles are then transported into recycling center on a special recycling truck. Once its transported, they are sorting by hand and compressing into large blocks. Following this, they are crushed and washed up.
Plastic pieces than are shredered into small plastic pellets. Once shredered, pellats are heated to form a raw material which later cooled to harden them, and prepare for the final step. The final step include producing end products from these prepared raw materials, and ready them for use.
