Looking at the details, the process begins when bacteria and enzyme are added to raw milk. This is followed by solidifying curds and in the next stage solid curds are cut into small pieces. Just after cutting, small pieces are heated and drained, making it liquid and then slated. Before fermentation which takes two months, ready material is shaped manually. In the final stages, first ready cheese is packaged and then delivered to the shops.
