The given diagram illustrates various steps in the process of coffee production.
Overall, there are eleven stages in the coffee manufacturing process, beginning with the collection of coffee beans and ending at the packing in the final product.
In the first stage, ripe coffee beans are picked by hand manually from the coffee plant before being dried in the sun. After that, roast the dried beans, cool them quickly, which helps save their quality and aroma. In the next stage, put the cool beans in a grinder where they become ground coffee. Following that, mix ground coffee with hot water, and this mixture is then trained and frozen, ready for the next step.
At the following stage of the process, the grinder is used once again to grind the frozen liquid, which is then dried in a vacuum. At this point, the high temperature in the vacuum causes the water to evaporate, removing remaining moisture, leaving only the ground coffee. Finally, a machine packages the dry coffee into jars and prepares it for distribution to supermarkets and shops.
