First of all, you go to the centre and complete the form. After that you do eye test, if you do not pass then you can not get a license. But if you do, you have to pay the fee to contenue the process. In order to continue, you have to do written exam and pass to do the driving test to get the license.

Otherwise, you have to repeate the written exam. If you pass after repeating, do driving test again to get the license. If you repeate and you did not pass, you should pay the fee and start the process all over again.
