The picture illustrates the process by which bamboo fabric is converted into clothes and socks. Overall, the process is linear and involves 9 steps. In addition, it requires both chemical and mechanical process.
Examining the details, initially during the spring farmers need to plant bamboo plants. Waiting for several months until it is harvested in Autumn and ready to be taken. Next, the bamboo is cut into strips using a cutter that has a round shape. To make liquid pulp, it is then crushed strips. The result still has some fibers that haven’t been separated from the liquid, so it is filtered. Add water and amine oxide to soften fibres and ready to be closer to the end product.
To make yam, the soft fibers is spinned. Following this, it is then weaved and fabric is produced. Finally, we just need to design and shape the fabric until it becomes clothes and socks. From this, producers will distribute to consumers to be used.
