The given diagram illustrates the manufacturing process of instant noodles.
It is apparent that the manufacturing process of instant noodles consists of eight different stages and a number of different tools and infrastructures, beginning with storing floors, sealers, slice, and ending up with produced noodles with leveling and sealing.
At the first stage of this process, the floor sealer is stored into a tank, then passes through the mixer where water and oil is added. At this stage, the mixture delivered floor as double sheets which passes through the rollers to the next step. At the third stage, the dough sheets is formed into strips and moving forward on the roller.
In the following stage, the dough strip is formed into noodle dicks. Next, it is cooked adding oil and drying. Subsequently, cooked noodles is put into the cups with vegetables and spices. Finally, the cup is prepared for the consumer with leveling and sealing as instant noodles.
